How do I access my Heavenly Rewards account?
Your Heavenly Rewards account is located at the bottom right corner of your screen while browsing our website. Click the icon to open and log in.
How do I redeem my points?
- Open the Heavenly Rewards panel and log in
- Click “Your Rewards” or “Ways to Redeem”
- Select the reward you’d like to use
- Choose one of the following:
- Click “Add product to cart” (if available), or
- Copy the reward code and enter it at checkout
Do I need to add the product to my cart first?
Yes—some rewards require you to add the product to your cart before applying the reward code.
Where do I enter my reward code?
You can paste your reward code in the discount code box at checkout.
Can I use rewards in-store?
At this time, Heavenly Rewards points earned online are available for online purchases only. Rewards earned in store can be redeemed at our Kailua location.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes—each reward has an expiration date. Be sure to check the details in your rewards panel.
