⭐ How to Access & Redeem Your Heavenly Rewards Points

Earning points is easy… redeeming them is even better! Here’s a quick guide to help you view your Heavenly Rewards balance and use your points at checkout.

1. Log Into Your Lanikai Bath and Body Account

  1. Go to lanikaibathandbody.com

  2. Click “Log In” at the top of the page

  3. Enter your email and password

    • If you’ve never logged in, create an account using the same email you use for your purchases—your points will automatically sync.

⭐ 2. Open the Heavenly Rewards Panel

Once you’re logged in:

  1. Look for the Heavenly Rewards button (usually at the bottom corner of the site).

  2. Click it to open your rewards dashboard.

  3. You’ll see your points balance, ways to earn, and reward options.

🎁 3. Redeem Your Points for Rewards

Inside the Heavenly Rewards dashboard:

  1. Scroll to “Ways to Redeem.”

  2. Choose the reward you want—usually a coupon or dollar-off reward.

  3. Click “Redeem.”

  4. Smile.io will generate a unique reward code for you.

💻 4. Apply Your Reward at Checkout

Once you have your reward code:

  1. Add your items to cart

  2. Go to Checkout

  3. Paste your reward code into the discount code box

  4. Complete your order—your discount will automatically apply!

✨ Helpful Tips

  • Rewards never appear automatically—you must redeem points to create a code.

  • If you redeem a reward and don’t use it right away, you can find it anytime in the “Your Rewards” section of the Rewards panel.

  • Points are earned on every purchase (including in-store when you use the same email).
