Return and Exchange Guidelines for Lanikai Bath and Body:

At Lanikai Bath and Body, we understand that each of our hand-crafted products is unique, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. In case you find it necessary to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below:

    • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange in the form of a store credit, all products must be in the state you received them: unopened, with original tags and packaging intact.

    • Time Frame for Returns: You have up to 7 business days from the date of receipt to return items for store credit (excluding shipping costs). This applies only to regular-priced items and the products must be in perfect condition for resale.

    • In Store Exchanges: A receipt is required and must be within 14 days of purchase.

  • Processing Returns and Exchanges: After receiving your returned item, please allow up to two weeks for us to process your exchange. Store credit will be made in the form of a gift card sent to your email.

  • Shipping and Handling: We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and these costs are non-refundable for both initial and return shipping.

  • International Orders: Due to high shipping costs, international orders are not eligible for returns.

  • Refunds: If a refund is made for items that may have been damaged, it will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Return Address: Please send all items to the address below and include your name, address, and order number.
