Returns
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products.

We may accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return is requested within 14 days of purchase, please contact us with reason for return within 5 days of delivery at: aloha@lanikaibathandbody.com
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges if:
  • The item is unused and unopened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:aloha@lanikaibathandbody.com

Include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Fragrance & Product Expectations

Our products are made with natural ingredients and lighter fragrance profiles. Because of this:
  • Scent strength may be more subtle than traditional products
  • Fragrance perception may vary from person to person
We are unable to accept returns based on fragrance preference once a product has been opened, but please reach out—we want you to love your experience and will do our best to make it right.

Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
