Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used bath, body, fragrance, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending your return so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

For returns made due to personal preference, fragrance preference, or an item ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. When an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, Lanikai Bath and Body will cover any necessary return shipping costs and will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Exchanges

Unused and unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For online purchases, the easiest way to exchange an item may be to return the original product and place a new order for your preferred item. Return shipping for exchanges based on personal preference, including a change in fragrance, is the responsibility of the customer.

Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance is personal, and individual scent preferences can vary. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened or used because a fragrance was not what you expected or was not to your preference.

We’re always happy to help with fragrance descriptions and recommendations before you order.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
