Ordering just one or two small items?
Your shipping fees may be lower than $9.95 and we'll gladly refund the difference! If actual shipping costs are less than what you are charged, you'll receive a notification on email and a partial shipping refund will be processed {please allow up to 7 days}.

At Lanikai Bath and Body, we believe in keeping our product prices fair, so we do need to charge a bit for shipping to ensure your items arrive fresh and perfect. Mahalo for understanding!

Order Processing Times
Please allow up to 3-5 days for processing custom orders (refills).  All USPS Ground Advantage packages arrive within 5-7 days of when it is shipped depending on the ultimate destination; tracking is updated as your package moves through the system. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail shortly after placing your order. A second e-mail with tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order has shipped.

We count on everything arriving in great condition, but shipping or packing issues do sometimes occur. If there are any problems at all with your order please email info@lanikaibathandbody.com with your name, order number and issue with your shipment, and we’ll be sure to respond quickly to assist!

For international orders, it's sometimes difficult to calculate accurate costs by weight. If actual shipping costs are less than what you're charged, you'll receive a partial shipping refund for the difference. Please allow up to 5 days for processing.

If your actual shipping charges are less, the difference will be refunded and you will be notified via email.

Please note, shipments may be delayed due to continued service disruptions with the postal service. 
While we do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered on time, please understand that for conditions beyond our control such as Covid-19 pandemic restrictions,  severe weather, service interruptions, or any other carrier complication may delay your order. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
